Nagpur Flying Club (NFC) provides a structured system for trainees to raise and resolve their grievances related to training, administration, or facilities.

 

Trainees may submit their concerns to the concerned department (CFI / Ground School). If unresolved, the matter can be escalated to the Accountable Manager, followed by the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Managing Director, and finally to the Chairperson, whose decision shall be final.

 

All grievances are handled in a fair, confidential, and time-bound manner.
