The Management

The Company is managed by the Board of Directors. The Board has the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur as Chairman who is assisted by a Dy. Commission ranked officer as Managing Director. Secretary (Aviation), GAD, Government of Maharashtra Commissioner of Police, Nagpur; Collector, Nagpur; Municipal Commissioner, Nagpur; Director, Airports Authority of India, Nagpur; and other officers as ex-officio Board of Directors. The Chief Flying Instructor is the Accountable Manager and is supported by the Chief Engineer, Chief Ground Instructor and other qualified flying, ground and technical staff.
